Shipping Details
Q: When do we ship each month?
A: Beer & Wine Clubs: All shipments are sent from our consolidation
centers between the 15th and 25th of each month via UPS, Federal Express,
and several other Ground services. Please allow for 7-10 business days
for your shipments to arrive.
Cigar Club: Orders placed by the 1st of the month will ship by the 10th
of that month via the U.S. Postal service. Orders placed between the 2nd
and 15th will have their first shipment sent out the 4th week of the month.
We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Q: When do I have to place my order so that it ships this month?
A: All orders must be placed by the 15th of the month in order to receive that month's shipment. Additionally, you may choose to begin your membership in a future month.
Important Holiday Ordering Information: You may place orders up and to the 20th of December and still receive a December shipment, however, it is unlikely that it will arrive prior to the 25th and we'd recommend sending a gift card to be safe.
Q: How do you handle Gift Cards?
A: You can print your gift cards right from our web site! You’ll see links to printable gift cards for each club at the top of your Order Confirmation Screen. You may also arrange to have a gift announcement sent for an order that has already been placed via our toll free number, 1-800-609-2537.
Q: Are there states that you cannot ship to?
A: Yes. At this time we cannot ship either beer or wine orders
to the following states:
AK, HI,
ME, UT,
or other areas where prohibited by law. We can ship our cigar club anywhere in the world, however, you'll need to call us to place any orders being shipped outside of the US.
Q: Does someone have to be there to receive the shipment?
A: All beer or wine shipments are sent via local ground carriers
with an adult signature sticker required on the box. It's always a good
idea to have your shipments sent to a location where someone can be there
to sign for it.
Q: When do I have to call to change my shipping address or cancel my account?
A: Good question! We ask that you call us on or before the 1st of the month to make any account changes such as address changes, membership renewals, & membership terminations. Any address changes made after the 1st may incur a repackaging and re-shipping fee. If you or your gift recipient make a request to the shipping carrier to re-route a shipment in transit or if the carrier needs to make an address correction to the shipping address that you've provided, your account may be charged an additional processing fee of $5.00.
